Data Governance Framework

Privacy Policy

Information regarding the collection, processing, and protection of personal data within our regional research operations. Last updated: March 29, 2026.

01

Integrity in Analysis

In our vector research and modeling workflows, data minimization is our default posture. We only process the identifiers necessary for technical validation.

02

Regional Compliance

We adhere to the APPI (Act on the Protection of Personal Information) guidelines in Japan and equivalent standards across the Asia-Pacific territory.

03

Transparent Modeling

Automated processing and predictive modeling are conducted for research purposes only, never for individual-level consumer targeting or profiling.

Data Acquisition Protocols

Asia Vector Research collects data through two primary streams: direct professional correspondence and technical telemetry from our laboratory portals. When you engage with our research services, we may collect your name, institutional affiliation, professional email address, and specific technical requirements related to your modeling projects.

We also collect non-identifiable technical data including IP addresses, browser types, and session duration to optimize the performance of our high-compute research environments. This data is used exclusively to facilitate secure access to our vector datasets.

Defined Processing Objectives

  • Execution of requested vector analysis and data modeling services.
  • Verification of academic or industrial credentials for restricted dataset access.
  • Communication regarding laboratory updates and published research findings.
  • Security monitoring of our cloud-based research infrastructure.

Data Retention & Protection

Personal data is retained only for the duration necessary to fulfill the research objectives or as mandated by Japanese legal requirements. For partners engaged in long-term vector research collaborations, account information is stored in encrypted environments within the Asia-Pacific region.

We implement industry-standard AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Access to personal information within the laboratory is strictly limited to authorized personnel via multi-factor authentication and role-based access controls.

"As a research institution, the integrity of our data extends to how we protect the people behind it. We never sell, lease, or trade personal information to third-party marketing entities."
